Birch Bungalow
Our clients purchased this turn-of-the-century home for its charm and proximity to their desired school district, with plans to renovate the kitchen and bathrooms to better support daily life. The original kitchen was dark, narrow, and poorly planned, while the bathrooms were significantly outdated, requiring creative problem-solving to work within the constraints of a 100-year-old home. Through careful planning, we designed a new kitchen that feels as though it has always belonged—adding increased storage, a pantry, an induction range, and a generous peninsula for gathering. Updated bathrooms feature improved layouts, and fresh materials, allowing the home to retain its historic character while meeting modern needs.
