DESIGN SERVICES PROPOSAL

Why Work with SC Interiors?

TAILORED TO YOU.  Every project is shaped around your goals, priorities, and lifestyle—not a one-size-fits-all process.

A TRUE PARTNERSHIP.  I believe the best homes are created together. Through open communication and collaboration, we'll make thoughtful decisions with confidence and enjoy the journey along the way.

THOUGHTFUL PLANNING.  I take the time to explore possibilities, refine ideas, and solve problems before construction begins.

A TEAM BUILT AROUND YOU.  Your project deserves a team that's thoughtfully assembled around your goals—not the other way around. Working with an independent designer gives you the flexibility to select the contractor that's the best fit for your project, ensuring your investment is focused on the expertise that adds the greatest value to your renovation.

YOUR DESIGN ADVOCATE.  I work closely with your contractor while representing your design goals, helping ensure every decision supports the overall design direction we've created together.

A COHESIVE HOME.  Every room is considered as part of a larger whole, creating a home that feels connected, intentional, and timeless.

Design Intent

My goal is to create a home that feels timeless, warm, and personal—honoring the charm and character of your historic home while introducing thoughtful updates that make everyday living more comfortable and enjoyable.

Through a collaborative design process, we'll build on your ideas to improve functionality, flow, and storage throughout the home. From creating a kitchen that's a pleasure to cook and entertain in, to a more comfortable and thoughtfully designed primary bathroom, we'll focus on making each space work beautifully for the way you live.

Together, we'll explore materials, finishes, and architectural details that complement the home's history while reflecting your personal style. With an emphasis on quality craftsmanship, practical solutions, and a keen eye for beauty, the result will be a home that feels cohesive, welcoming, and distinctly yours.
