Drawn to the home’s location, our clients knew the kitchen and primary bath needed thoughtful updates to better support their family’s needs. We collaborated closely with the general contractor and structural engineer to remove two walls and rework the kitchen’s layout—expanding its footprint, improving flow for a family that loves to cook together, and creating a more inviting space for entertaining friends and family. The redesigned primary bath now features a generous 5'×5' walk-in shower with dual shower heads, resulting in a highly functional retreat designed for everyday living.
