Built in 1994, our Ginny Way project had great potential, but dated finishes and inefficient layouts offered an opportunity to reimagine it for our clients who envisioned it as their forever home. Over the course of a 14-month design & renovation process, we transformed the home from top to bottom—reworking the kitchen and primary suite, remodeling each bathroom, redesigning the fireplace and built-ins, and introducing new flooring, millwork, and a custom staircase throughout.
The design was guided by a vision that felt organic, timeless, authentic, and lived-in, with a neutral palette and layered textures that complement the home’s abundant natural light. The result is a warm and inviting home that feels entirely refreshed while thoughtfully supporting the way this family lives today—and for years to come.
