Design Concept

Final Finishes, Details, & Plans
Once the design direction is established, we refine every detail. This phase includes final selection of all materials and finishes, confirmation of door styles, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, review of cabinetry drawings and all other key components that bring the design together.
At the conclusion of this phase, we deliver a comprehensive design package complete with construction drawings and detailed specifications—providing clarity for all parties and ensuring the design can be executed smoothly, accurately, and without surprises.

Construction Collaboration
We work closely with your general contractor throughout construction, collaborating in real time to address any unforeseen conditions and ensure design decisions are executed as intended. From overseeing fabrication details—such as cabinetry and countertops—to answering questions as they arise, we stay actively involved as the project unfolds. Our role is to support both the client and the build team, ensuring the original design goals remain the priority and that the final result reflects the vision we set together.
Project Completion
As construction wraps up, we walk the space with your contractor to review a detailed punch list and ensure any remaining items are addressed. We also coordinate and oversee the installation of furnishings, window treatments, and final styling details that make your space a home.
