Placida Harbour
This oceanfront home on Florida’s southwest coast was the perfect place for our clients to enjoy retirement, but required a complete renovation to move beyond its dated interiors. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape, we introduced a soft, coastal-inspired palette and natural materials that allow the architecture and view to take center stage. We reimagined the kitchen to incorporate a home office, added a custom bar beneath the staircase, installed a new fireplace, and redesigned all four bathrooms. The result is a calm, cohesive retreat that supports the clients’ daily routines while significantly increasing the home’s value.
