DESIGN SERVICES PROPOSAL

Why Work with SC Interiors?

TAILORED TO YOU.  Every project is shaped around your goals, priorities, and lifestyle—not a one-size-fits-all process.

A TRUE PARTNERSHIP.  I believe the best homes are created together. Through open communication and collaboration, we'll make thoughtful decisions with confidence and enjoy the journey along the way.

THOUGHTFUL PLANNING.  I take the time to explore possibilities, refine ideas, and solve problems before construction begins.

A TEAM BUILT AROUND YOU.  Your project deserves a team that's thoughtfully assembled around your goals—not the other way around. Working with an independent designer gives you the flexibility to select the contractor that's the best fit for your project, ensuring your investment is focused on the expertise that adds the greatest value to your renovation.

YOUR DESIGN ADVOCATE.  I work closely with your contractor while representing your design goals, helping ensure every decision supports the overall design direction we've created together.

A COHESIVE HOME.  Every room is considered as part of a larger whole, creating a home that feels connected, intentional, and timeless.

Design Intent

My goal is to create a home that feels timeless, warm, and personal—one that celebrates its historic charm while making everyday living more comfortable and enjoyable.

Through thoughtful space planning, we'll create a kitchen that's a pleasure to cook in, a primary bathroom that feels like a relaxing retreat, and spaces that work just as well for quiet days at home as they do for gathering with family and friends. Improved flow, functional storage, and modern conveniences will make each space more intuitive and enjoyable to use.

Throughout the home, we'll incorporate layered textures, classic finishes, and thoughtful details that complement the existing architecture—creating a home that feels fresh and refined, yet welcoming and true to its history.
