Valla Cottage
Our clients wanted to improve functionality and storage while preserving as much of the existing cabinetry as possible. By retaining the perimeter cabinets, we were able to introduce a larger island with a new gas rangetop and waterfall-edge countertops, along with a full wall of pantry storage to better support the clients’ love of cooking. Beyond the kitchen, we designed a new bar area, fireplace, and a more functional mudroom to enhance everyday living. Through intentional planning and material choices, the result feels elevated and cohesive—proving that a space can feel entirely new while making smart use of what was already there.
